So what I am hearing is a 13.0 run on a Hemi with a Superchips tune, exhaust and Uncracked engine, tranny, & rear is NOT WORTHY of note? any of you care to guess what a HPTuners tune would drop that time? I can hardly wait to find out.... but you guys can bet when they come out with it you will hear about it.... I will still be around...

Actually, in my opinion, there are many similarities in the engines and I would not call either one better. The biggest difference is in the heads. The blocks are very similar. The advantage goes to the LSx ONLY due to HPTuners and the like having cracked the codes to the PCM ( GM does not actively keep the codes under lock and key or change the codes with every year model ). There is also the advantage for the LSx engines due to abundance of HiPerf parts available for them, as well as they have been in the marketplace for a longer period of time.
The aftermarket will be coming around for the late model Hemi and will really take off when a tuning solution finally hits the scene. ( a REAL tuning solution that is ).
