might be the rear end twisted a little as well...
springs? bent rear end? traction bars adjusted wrong?
but i would take a close look of thing so you don't get hurt... i have watch EVERY video (think i even subscribed to you mine is STOCKISHDIME) and all of them you truck don't stay straight
just take a look at things man.. i know it has more in it for sure... keep up the good work!

I'm going to do alignment to start. The caltracs are barely touching spring. How should they be? If you notice when it goes to third gear on 10.8 vid it goes sideways pretty bad. That's what happend on street and Hard to control. Wierd that it is constant even on the blue truck you can see this happen on rolling burnout. Sometimes I think the posi unlocks and gives uneven power.

what brand posi do you have?
what ALL did you remove from the blue truck into the single cab?

but no need to spend money on stuff untill you figure out EXACTLY what it is causing it...
i would look at the axle tubes first(bent)... then rear springs... then traction bars.... then frame.. and if all that is good.. swap to a trutrac
BUT if it did it in the blue truck.. i will say rear end bent or posi taking a
