So what are the fastest RC 5.3's? Can we divide it up between regular cab and Extended cab? I am down to try to be in the top 10 with the extended cab 5.3 as my cam will be in in about a month or 2.

If it were that way, it'd have to be Head & Cam Title. No modifications done to the heads or aftermarket heads other than the valvetrain upgrades necessary to run an aftermarket cam.

I say heads and even altered bottom ends are fair game as long as you still have the same ci

Man, how difficult can this be made. There are no rules specificly to a title that doesn't exactly exist, but if you were going to do it cam only it would mean that the engine had a stock long block. Valve springs would be a required change with a camshaft and therefore allowed. If you allowed heads it would be called a cam and head only. If you are going to have this as a "King of the Hill" kind of title then it should be simply:
Any standard bolt on's allowed
Any camshaft allowed
No ported heads or aftermarket heads
Aftermarket rod bolts allowed
Any gear/transmission/converter allowed
etc, etc.
It's bad enough with the guys who go to the track and bench race each other by pulling as much off the truck as possible. If you don't drive it on the street that way, you shouldn't be able to race it that way.
BTW, I'm no genius, but what the hell is the difference between a Short cab and a Regular cab RabidStreetRacer??? Is there a shorter cab than a regular cab?
