trap speed will increase because you have a cam that this converter will keep you in the power.
Where's the like button???

Is that just a guess on your part? I would definitely be happy with that time. I think I may be able to pull off a better 60' than that, but you never know. That converter is a little looser than I want to go unfortunately. This is my daily driver and I feel like in a truck as heavy as mine it would feel really loose.

I've never driven a truck with a converter though... anyone wanna help me out??

Yanks sstb3600 is pretty driveable, I think they are actuall ss3200 from the cars but with the more weight of a truck it lets them flash higher.....

this truck went from a 2.07 60ft 9.0 @ 79.9 to a 1.80 60ft 8.42 @ 81.4

Those are impressive results. I have a feeling my truck would make an even stronger gain than that. I think my engine/cam combo is making more mid range power than a stock LS2 at the cost of some bottom end, even if it is very little. If I could pull off that same 1.80 60' I would be really happy.

Damn that sounds aggressive. It would be awesome... but I have my doubts. I do have a couple hundred pounds I could shave fairly easily, but I don't know how crazy I'll go with that.

If I were going to stay NA for sure I would pick up some 243 heads or something similar to that and make a run at 12's on a budget. Part of me REALLY wants to go FI and try to knock down 11's. At the same time I would also love to keep that cash in my posket and use it to for a down payment on a toy... Maybe something with 243 heads stock if you catch my drift.
