do realize, it is built into every good tune, that when the IAT get up around 100 degrees, the tune begins to pull timing. At 100 it is around 3 degree then ramps up from there. A heatsoaked truck can pull timing pretty easily. Especially with a MAF that has a slow reading IAT sensor. Ive never even had a 60 foot better than 2.2 booo. thats with 4.10 and stall. But im in texas. Turbo 60 foot times will come later.

1.94 is still high for 85 deg weather. I used to get 1.80-1.81 in 90+ deg weather on my 5.3 on 28's.. I think you need to try a 3400 9.5" PI Converter, preferrably a multidisk since you have nitrous.

That cam probably doesn't make enough power down low. I think a higher stall and gears or shorter tires would help alot. Can you run more timing?

well 85 deg.weather,08 rcsb gmc 91oct tune. full bolt on 220 high lift cam , 3500( break stall 3200) edge converter,373s, 28 m/t and only a 1.94 60ft. but went 13.35 at 103.6 mph. all night 103 mph so i was happy on that but not the 60ft. i tried different rpms also but nothing worked . so do i need 410 gears? bigger stall? what could it be? need suggestions asap

You need to get a log of this happening. I'd bet you're having an issue with either power enrichment not coming in soon enough or a torque management issue. Could be the power hop setting, stall speed setting, etc, etc. With so many torque management settings in these newer trucks any one of those missed could cause that problem. I doubt a lack of torque from the cam would cause a problem with a 3000+ stall converter. Even in that weather I'd have expected to see around a 1.88 or so. I'd guess 1.7's in good weather with that truck.
