mods are built allison (good frictions and shift kit) 4" turbo back mbrp and a edge with attitude on extreme. i was in 2wd all night. i could have shed another 300 lbs if i didnt have my oilfield gear in the truck. lol it was fun for me

There was a 05ish Reg Cab duramax dually running 7.5 @ 93 last night at the track around here.

 

good run! duramax is one tough motor. been working on them for 7 years now.

 

WOW maybe he should turn down the fuel and he might get get mid 16s. Stock it should deffinatly run better then that.

 

14.9 isn't bad but you need to ditch the edge and get efi live or hp tuners and make more power.

Good run. D max's are bad ***.. That guy def made ground up on you. I think if he could have shifted he might have got ya.. Buuuuut HE DIDN'T nice My buddy has a Ecsb, with a sun coast tranny, verter, along with 5 inch exhaust, lift pump, efi live, intake, the truck is a monster..
