Default does this sound right

i ran a 15.7 spinning with a 2.5 sixty before the headers. when i got the headers i went to the track and launched in 4wd and got a 2.4 sixty but ran a 15.8 at 90mph does this sound right with my mods. o yeah the headers absolutely killed my low end.

Im guessing when you were spinning you were in 2wd? 4wd is probaly causing it when you get into higher mph.(past 60ft)

Different days, different conditions. Did you tune after installing the headers? Can you take it out of 4wd after launch?

3.42s 5000+pound truck, headers that you say killed down low...your times sound right given the weather.

That is how I run. I launch in 4x4 and put it back in 2wd just before-or after the 1-2 shift depending on track/traction.

you havent had any problems with the t-case or frontend? Seems like it would be pretty harsh on it.

I run it just like trever also... not any harsher than launching it from 3000 rpm personaly i wouldnt worrie about it...

maybe im just used to the old school 4wd's. Ya know come to a complete stop before engaging and disengaging then after disengaging back up 30 ft or so to unlock the hubs lol.

To the top sorry again lol.
