How do I upload the slip? Ran a 9.11 1/8 th mi. bone stock with the tune in sig. Couldn't leave hard at all but still liked the result.

I would scan it as a .jpg and upload it via photobucket.

Nice run, faster than my stock rcsb 5.3

My 05 got a 9.84 bone stock when I had it. Wish I had it back! Ls motors are SO much less expensive to mod.

How do you like the PPE tune? Been talking to Kory about one for my Dmax. Been running an ATP 150hp DSP5 for a while and really like it, but always wondering what else is out there. All I have is AD lift pump, 4" MBRP and TG Jr. on my 07 lbz.

amen that's why I quit modding mine , a stock rebuild is like 10k , but I wanted twins bad . Although personally I love the LSx engines more , but it's close haha .

The PPE hot. +2 Xcelerator was the best handheld tuner I've had , it kicks *** and is powerful for a handheld .

But as you know Kyle the EFI live tuning was even better . So I don't think you'll like it better , actually with a stock trans it might de fuel on ya .

How do you like Robs tuning ? I want to try his tuning on my truck , not happy with my current race tune .

Kyle I don't have anything to compare it to but it damn sure woke it up. Tried the 90 before the 160. It ran great just not as strong of course. Runs smooth as factory just a **** ton more power. As I understand it anything more is likely to hurt my stock tranny so I don't even have a lift pump yet. But as you know, EFI rules.

I have to say efi is the best thing for Dmax. I have a buddy that's had a lb7 that had PPE hot +2 with a edge attitude it ran good but his lbz with efi live dsp5 switch with Idaho Rob tunes is the best thing his done so far. He plans on putting a shift kit and fass on it and thats it because of cost of parts.

I hear Idaho Rob tunes are among the very best out there. I just decided to get the PPE standard cause the tranny couldn't take bigger anyway and I can sell it later. Also I wanted to get hp tuners so I could learn to play on my '99 truck...so I got both.

You cant go wrong either way both route wake the truck up. Agreed Rob is the best tuner for duramax at the moment. It's a guy name Jim Jones that lives 30 mins from my house that has his own performance shop but uses Rob for his tuning got him 3rd last yr at the NHDRA the truck is crazy fast last time I talked to him he was around 1450 hp but had over $300k in all of it that's with him doing all his own work except motor build.
