Estimated 1/4 time? H/C/I 6.0 4x4
Well'p I got to finish my 4x4 the way I wanted 2 days before I left town for 3 months and didn't get to run it and the curiosity is killing me. Anyone else with a similar setup what kind of numbers are you seeing? I'm near sea level, I stay less than 5 min from Royal purple raceway in Baytown, Tx(Houston area)
Truck is a 2000 Silverado single cab 4x4 w/ 06 front end. Added weight with sound system and 4l80e
Mods:
-LQ9 6.0
-4l80e w/ NP263HD transfer case w/ shift kit
- Circle D multidisk 4000 stall
- 4.10 gears on a 28.5" tire
-SDPC CNC'd LS3 heads hand finished porting with manley valves milled @66cc
- @TickPerformance Stage 1 LS3 cam (227/238 .613/.586 @115+5)
- Truck style L92 intake w/ 92mm TB
- FBO with X-pipe on Corsas mounted like a vette
-25% UD pulley
- And supporting mods

Yea I tend to agree with this... depending on the weather you get this combo could show you a low-mid 12. It will be hard to overcome that long first gear in the 80e, but the 4000 stall will be your best bet. Once you do get it out of the hole the shorter shift extensions of the 80e will help for sure.
Run on a shorter tire to help minimize the effect of gearing and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
