HD's can be fast (relatively speaking of course). I agree, throw a F/I system on there and some injectors, and give her a tune. You will be knocking on Mr 13's door before you know it. I got this big heavy sucker in the very low 14's before the intercooler....hoping for some high 13's when the weather drops below 172* outside. All of that and my out of pocket costs were around $116 for everything....no wait....thats what it cost to fill it up last week...

2002 Chevy ECSB 5.3, Gibson SuperTruck Exhaust, K&N FIPK, Pacesetter LT's, Pacesetter ORY, W4M Tune, Vette Servo, TB Bypass, B&M Tranny Cooler, 3.42's, 2" lowering shackles, BZO Colt 45's 285/50/20

Best ET: 2.447 60' - 1/8 = 10.210 @ 70.52 - 1/4 = 15.71 @ 89.88 MPH (w/o LT's, ORY, & TB Bypass)
Street Weight - 4700 (w/o driver)
Sitting in the shop: HD2 shift kit
Trying to hunt down: LS1 fans and ASP Underdrive Pulley


so those times were ran with Gibson SuperTruck Exhaust, K&N FIPK, W4M Tune, Vette Servo, B&M Tranny Cooler, 3.42's? again why the hell are your guys 1/4 mph times so fast... jesus i aint been over 87 mph yet.

That is correct. You probably have faster acceleration through the 1/8 mile but then kind of taper off. My truck really pulls hard all the way to 3rd (97 mph). If I got some 4.10's or so, I would pry drop 3-5 tenths but lose some mph too.

yea the 3.92's probably pull me down a little on my top end, but they do help out down low, pulled a 2.2 60' on stock goodyears at 40psi. im still contemplating some 4.56's but nah not on a DD

Whipple = a brand of supercharger (which would definitely get you past 87 mph).

The 3.92's are more than likely the culprit. What do your time slips look like and what mods do you have on that R/T?

R/T is stock umm here's my best slip.

60' 2.23
9.84 1/8@70.32*
15.45 1/4@ 87.31*

time slip was a carbon copy i had to guess on some of the .xx numbers thats with full weight, 1/4 tank of fuel (93) and 40 psi goodyear RS-A's
