what are we calling true street trucks? mine is tagged, registered, ac blah blah blan, but when i get to the track im bolting on slicks, short belts, removing filters, and weight.

i say a TRUE street truck drives to the track, techs in and makes a pass in identical street trim. there arent many of those out there. ive kicked around the idea of selling the bogarts/slicks and widening my rear wheels even more and just driving to the track and making passes. swapping tires and prep work is getting old (and im getting lazy)

I say if it still has all the creature comforts it came with from the factory and runs on pump gas its a street truck. A cage is for safety, and suspension work is for hooking along with slicks who cares. My definition of a street truck is being able to cruise in comfort and fill up at any station.

Well are we talking who has the fastest truck on the street or the fastest "street truck" on the track?

I was looking for the fastest truck that COULD be a DD (but doesn't have to be) if you put on slicks and are caged up but can still sit in rush Hr traffic I'll call it a street car or truck.

Eather or.

I'm just trying to see other peoples set up, Im going to build a RCSB for a hot rod/street truck and so far Im kinda thinking I'm going to regret it if I do go with a 4wd truck. other then full blown race trucks I haven't seen any street truck run much more then a 11.80s with a 2wd truck

This is getting stupid. Your looking for the fastest possible daily driver now. Youve broken it down from being the fastest street legal truck to the fastest white truck with stock window tint and heated seats.

Id still say lil sis and stock48 would be the fastest but I doubt they have heated seats.

Flaco drives the **** outta that truck when its out racing.
