Don't worry about your setup being bad, just stick with it untill you find the culprit. I know its frustrating but you're basic combo will be a runner when your figure it out. No need to switch trucks.

Vegas is an altitude track about .5 slower than sea level on a NA setup. I have watched 427CI LS7 vetts run mid 12's there with slicks. You need to get an AFR gauge, EFI, or HP so you can log some runs. Then you can send them to your tuner so he can see what's going on.

Your abs/p-brake lights sound like wheatly entered in the wrong gears for your tune. Did you ever find out for sure what gears you have? Is your SES light on at all?
If you want to run it here at SIR, I'll log it for you anytime. We can see what's up with your tune. Your combo won't get a 13 here in Tucson, even in cold weather, but 85mph is worse than what my stock 4.8 did in at SIR with I/E/e-fans. Even on the coldest nights the DA is still above 3000ft. Get a wideband too before you get too upset. In my mail order tune days, things ran really rough.

If I had to guess from looking at those times I'd say you were in the low octane table with hardly any timing. Even with a stock cam you should be stretching towards 13's.
