I've got an 80e with shift kit and 3500 stall circle d triple disc.. my last run I held it in 1st gear the whole way down the track and only got up around 5500 rpm. LOL!!!

I would get the truck running right before a gear change.

So you're running a turbo 4.8 and hoping for high 6's/low 7's?

I guess maybe ill see ya on the road sometimes. Im in the spring area occasionally.

Been thinking of making this a full time track truck. I really dont drive it much and plus ill only enjoy it at the track. Not really into street racing since my job requires me to drive full time. still waiting to hear from nelson to see when he can put me down for a retune. Can't wait to see what it really feels like with 15-20 psi!!

You have no plans on running a 1/4 mile track? I ask, because you might run out of gear if you have 4.56's with the boost turned up on a full 1/4mi pass.

Haha ill do it later!!! You think ill run out of gear with the 33" slick out back?? Well I think I'm going to take the advise and leave the 3.30 gear in and turn the boost up. Then ill go up to 4.56 if I need to.
