2doorfurry- Well another trip to the track and leaving on a trailer again! RPM stands behind there product but this is getting old.
The rest of forum members- Told you to get an 80 and never look back.

For what it's worth I ran a 65e ( fully built w/ billet shafts) up until a month ago without issues behind 6k lbs. Granted I didn't beat the **** out of it and was somewhat cautious thus the reasoning for now having a 80e but... When it came out it was still working like a champ, and it now sits on my shelf.

Few have good luck but a huge percentage have 60 failures no matter who or how they were built. I just don't understand it. I have less then $500 into rebuilding my 60 twice. Reason for two times is a cooler line broke and killed it one week after the first build. If that hadn't happened I would have $350 in my 60e rebuild. Still killed me to put it back in but I would have at least $400+ in an 80 and probably more. I was un-employed and broke as a joke.
This is in my tuned, exhaust, daily driven Tahoe. I tow some but still didn't want to put a 60 in. They are good for cars and S-10s not real trucks simple as that!
