Im running a yank3200, average about 15-16 on highway at 80mph, 20-21 running 55-60. And this is with a full modded 500hp truck.

runner volume and plenum volume was to much
Basically to much space which slowed down the flow of air

I also mentioned this to Geoff the owner of EPS and who was the designer of cams for thunder racing for over 10 years
He told me it was to much intake for a 5.3 basically and was advised against ported heads because of runner volume

I'd just do the headers out of those 3, I've been out of the loop for a few years but a few of us N/A guys were running mid-high 13's with full bolt-ons and mid-high 12's with cam, this is with stock intake and TB. LS6 intakes were talked about but the truck intake is a pretty decent design.

There's actually alot of good tuners in the DFW area...and Bo just do a 3200 stall and longtubes and get a real tune. Why do you care about gas mileage anyway your truck is and 06' with 35,000 miles!! You will still be able to tow SilverBullet with a stall.
