I wouldn't go with anything lower than a 4.10 gear. Before you spend the money on doing gears to match a tire that big I'd do some more suspension work. QA1's for example would likely get you the hook you want without going bigger than a 28" tire keeping the weight down and rolling resistance as well as not having to run a big gear. It is one of my favorites by far as it is what I want with mine. I want a 7.0L in a bad way.
