I believe it was something to do with the progressive controller or window switch, because it would work fine till it got to 100% and the solenoids would start pulsing off/on for no reason??? It is either that or something on the window switch setup I did wrong I had this controller wired up exactly as the diagram showed it also, even sent several messages about the wiring. But, it was wired correctly according to the diagram, but now it is an activation switch that activates power to a button.

I think it is something in the window switch setup b/c the same happened to my buddy's and he does not have a progressive. I did not wire his originally nor setup the window switch, but I rewired it to work off a button as well.
