Default help me get a better 1/4 time

I ran a 14.7 1/4 at 93mph in a 2003 silverado 1550 ecsb with:

thunder racing cam .224 duration intk/exhst and .561 lift intk/exhaust
2400 b&M stall
edelbrock shorties
dynomax exhaust
vararam intake
hptuners dyno tune

I know I need slicks so I can launch a little better. But what else do I need??

I have almost the same cam and I'm either going to run a 3200 or a 3400 converter. The one you have right now is tiny.

For a better 1/4 time either add hp or get out of the hole quicker..
...or you can drive it off a cliff that's at least a 1/4 mile high..

my best was a 14.22@96

i have timing issues and it was my first time drag racing... plus i have NOTHING done to the trans other than the stall so my shifts are really dragged out so my trans lasts... with a tranny build and the timing fixed id say the trucks good for like 13.5 atleast
