has itbeen done? pics vids anything? cars are easy cause of weight transfer so are SUV's what im asking has there been a truck, the OP mentioned he wanted to hook mainly on the street, the devices mentioned wont do it, soooo unless you shift or remove weight around and get it off the nose i dont see it happening, though im in the process of doing this
, im just currious is there a truck that runs from a dig, now i know a good driver with slicks or ET streets can make it happen, but im talking about launching just as you would at the track

front springs heated for desired ride height
removed middle leaf spring

You may not have paid a gate fee and have a tree and timing lights but you're still talking about a well prepped surface and slicks....
Bottom line, you want something that hooks consistently with any kind of real hp, get a 4wd and be done with it...

That's basically a track setup... I don't see any 2wd truck with anything more than 300hp doing anything on the STREET but spinning.

You can do it 4wd or you can spend as much time and effort as I did to make mine work.
Same road. Same kind of trucks(chevy rcsb). Both nitrous combo's. I stuck it, he spun and I drug that ***. Granted, bottle was a little low on this pass so it didn't leave as hard as normal...No prep except what I did a burnout in
