Default Hoping for high 13s ?

Do you guys think mid to high 13s is feasible I have 03 ecsb 5.3 long tubes 4.10s with a tru trac Coan 3400 stall veraram cai mild worked 241s cam is a 227/224 569/563 114 LSA will be tuned next week

Where are you at? Elevation play a huge role in ET. I ran a 13.7 in tucson with a DA of about 4500', went to Chandler and ran a 13.2 in about 1100' DA. My set up is in my sig.

Florida I dunno much about elevation effects on ets

Florda has some good DA. Low 100s. As long as you get it to hook and get the tuning spot on I think you can get a 13.

Don't see many reverse split cams.

I think you should be able to hit mid to high 13's no problem, as long as you can get a good hook. I'm running less stall, less cam, 3.73's and I'm 4x4, but I'm RCSB. I'm expecting to be 13.8-14.1 if my areoforce gauge is close to accurate. It has me running about 13.8.

Just FYI, my aeroforce had me at 12.8 when I ran my 13.2

Which Florida dragstrip are you going to? I'm guessing in central FL? Yeah FL has really good DA.

The Emerald Coast Dragstrip in the panhandle just closed for good do to debt, but hopefully someone else will buy it and reopen it and fix it up.

I was about to start modding my truck more then found out EC dragway closed on 12/5/2011 then I got pissed bc now there is not any close dragstrip to me.

With low Da. I ran 14.39 with stock 5.3. You have a little more stall and a good size cam for it. I think you got mid-high 13s in the bag

Try explaining that to some other forums lol.
Someone like you needs to set some trolls straight on cough cough gm fullsize, they would argue or disagree with you. Some of the people over their doesn't think altitude or DA makes that big of a difference. I posted a video awhile back and I was getting half the people saying my truck appears stock, or their stock 5.3L CC is faster, or they said DA does not make that big a difference. I could never get any of them to post up a video. I think maybe 1 guy out of many posted a video and his truck was nothing great. If you have ever seen me post, you will notice I never say anything bad about anyone either and they just talked trash or trolled. All I could do was laugh and I eventually shut them all up. Half the people on that site doesn't know chit. LOL just wanted to share my story.

That is a great time for a stock 5.3L. Did you have a tune at least?
I believe you on the times as you are on the gulf coast where it has good DA.
Like stated, other forums would not believe you though, unless you posted a vid or timeslip.
