Da plays a big role, I ran a 10.69 with my car breaking a piston at the 1/8 mile, cutting out, then finishing the pass, this was in cold *** weather

Then I fixed the car, perfect clean pass, ran a 10.85

Then same setup, back into fall...good DA ran a 10.54.

My Dodge Ram with a 315rwhp LS1 3.90 gears hit a 13.4 @ 96 last month in cool weather..I'm sure I would be stuck in the high 13's if it were the summer and 80-90 degrees

I'm wanting to find an old 80's chevy or dodge and put a 5.3L or LS1 in it for a mud truck.

OP you should have no problem running 13s. I think it will probably be high 13s but that is still good.

Op.. I ment stock 5.3 meaning the motor hasn't been touched unlike your cam. It had full bolt ons when I ran that 14.39. But I was also on 20s

Yes... The motor was stock. Being that is what I was refering to compared to the cam that he had in his.
