Default I'm HOME! First TNT 2012, NPB 6.6x 8th

Well guys, i'm home from my deployment, so that means the truck has work to do. Pretty much took 1 degree timing out from last time out, so running 15.5 degrees and 20ish PSI. Tonights goal was getting it leave the line. On the big end, last time out I went 105mph, tonight was 103-104.

Good news is i've never cut a better 60 then 1.56 at this local small track. After 4 passes, the 60's got better each pass with tire pressure and rear shock changes and ended with a new best 60 and nb 8th at 1.50/6.67, no nitrous! She'll get a pill on the 1/4 mile run.

Changes from last year, new 30" hoosier radial slicks, 1 inch lower in rear, 1" higher up front, new cheap-o front shocks... ow and smaller burnouts.

Here's the video clips from the night. Notes; on Boost gauge shot, I jacked up the 2-step that pass, still won the race though on quick turbo Diesel rig! Lightning was a built block setup, KB supercharger, not sure on boost. Honda was, well... loud.

Good times, nothing broke and drove her home!

Very nice times. I bet that honda was like WTF when you flew past him lol.
I would live to get my truck into the 7s in the 1/8.

Nice Runs as Usual...In your Lightning race, is that just a different angle shown on the same race?, It looks like you barely edged him out in the first one (from behind) and then deep plunged him in the second? Nice running truck either way..

Nice pass and congrats on npb Foose. I believe the slight mph loss is from bigger tire and only way to get it back is add your shot or turn up boost. From what ive seen you need under 6.5 and 110 mph to hit 9s in 1/4. Looking forward to more of your vids.

Wasting no time! Did you get back from your deployment and hop right in your truck and head to the track?? lol

Boost was definitely holding at 21psi on your 2-3 shift
