Trial and error from myself and others that run a maggie shows from idle or around 1800 gives you the hardest launch. Radix has so much low end torque you acttually sart taking it out of the power curve at 2600 or so.

I was only planing on a couple runs this setup has me scared it is going to blow... I feel alot more comfortable with just the supercharger... guess I am going to have to test it. Sticky drag radials I dont see doing much better than 1.8 or is 1.6 possible?

Your just gonna have to see what works best, in my old LQ9 powered 02 rcsb with a 3800 verter I did better by flashing it, in my current Z28 with a 3800 it does better brake stalling it.

My Magnafied LQ4 in my HD had the stock 80E converter and I could roll hard into it off idle and keep it straight, but would blow the tires off if I tried to stall it at all. Every setup reacts differently.

I cannot see how we could keep traction any time we punch at the line...

LOL I cut my best 60' when I finally stopped doing it that way. Stalling it up always netted me slower 60's (1.78 to 1.88).
I got the rpm to ~1250 and smashed it on last yellow. BINGO for me. I remember when KySilverado was up here, he was having lots of success launching his 4wd radix the way you do. My set up just didn't like it.

You will need to experiment as obviously each set-up is different.

Personally, I like to flash the converter, i.e. ~12-1500 stall then mash it, when traction allows with previous setups. However, with my current setup it blows the 28x10x16 Hoosiers off leaving at anything over idle and agressively rolling into the throttle.
Like it has already been said... every setup is different and is going to take some trial and error to figure out what rmp works best for your particular application.
