Default A Little disapointed

Went to the track last night, and could only manage a 15.56 @ 90.1 with a rt of .121. With my mods I was almost certain I could hit the 14s. My passerger precat 02 sensor is bad, but Im told the pcm doesnt take O2 readings past 75% throttle. Does this time seem about right. It weighted in at 5300 lbs. AWD, 3.73 gears, and 32.5" tires

with those tires, and mods i would say that is a very realistic time. what was your 60 foot?

it doesnt take readings assuming its working correctly, but since its bad it couldve been dumping too much fuel from long term fuel trims which wouldve hurt power

Weak 60' for an AWD 6.0L, that sensor is either hurting you or your tune needs some adjusting.

Needs a converter. The truck is heavy as hell and with a stock converter you can't get out of the hole to save your life. Converter is the best mod you can do no matter what you want to do with it. DD, track, mild offroading it will open the performance up significantly. Now offroading you want to make sure you don't go too big but 2800-3200 should do well for what you want.

Had a xpipe installed yesterday and went to the track tonight. ran a best on 15.68 @89
only after taking the tailgate off. I ran 15.8 consistantly with the tailgate on. It was 80 degress out tonight. It was 40 last week so I think its safe to say the xpipe did help out a little bit.

I would be looking for a new tuner.

x2 on the tuner, straight through style mufflers= easy changes

and a stall with 4.10's would help a lot

Without adjusting the VE the X-pipe isn't going to do too much. Your times are pretty realistic for what mods you have. For off-road and track use I'd suggest 4.10 gearing and smaller tires, something close to 31" or less.
Wester is a knowledgeable tuner but I made 33hp/tq over his tune with a tune done on a dyno so I know there's a lot left on the table..
