That's awesome Kyle! 1.88 60's are awesome for an EC 4.8. So when do you actually turn off the commanded timing and AFR? While rolling around the water box or right on the line? I don't think I'm coordinated enough to do that. I think I'm just going to bench race until Harlan's new 2 step with the built in timing retard comes out. Stalling a 2400rpm converter to 3300 is amazing, it just shows how much more torque you're making now right off the line.

I turn it off when I am next inline at the staging lanes. Not to hard, just have to click 2 little boxes and start the log. Then the laptop is just along for the ride. EFILives is supposed to have bidirectional control sometime in there new V2 that coming out in a couple of week, so I'm anxious to play with that.
BTW Todd, you never answered my question in the FI section on Tech about your IAT's with the intercooler setup you running though the heater core.

I was going to post a thread in the tunning section about this.....
I was able the brake stall to almost 2600rpm and build 8 psi at the light with a bone stock 4l80e converter......
I use the P.E mode for my "stall" fueling. and drop it down to 1.0 after my "stall" speed has been reached..... You can pull timming to help "load" the engine, but at the track my truck kept doing the F8L launch hop, so I didn't try that yet.
