Default Lq9 rwhp

ok so ive used several of the hp estimate apps and websites to figure on the rwhp of my truck and all of them list it at around 405-420 rwhp based on et miles per hour truck weight i know theres no way my stockish lq9 is making anywhere near that power with just exhaust and tune are any of these "calculators" even close to correct has anyone dynod and compared to calculators to see how badly they are off? just wanting to know since i most likely wont dyno before heads cam swap so i wanted a ballpark estimate of the current power. my truck runs 13.50s at 101 mph and is 2004 ecsb.

that seems about right i just cant figure why all the hp calculators are so far off.just wheighed the truck with all tools and 3/4 tank of gas and me in it was 5060 pounds.according to that and quarter mile times it still says 404 rwhp these apps are totally worthless.

I'm thinking your truck puts down around 335rwhp. What was your 60ft? My truck in my sig ran a 13.4 on a shitty 2.2 60ft, haven't taken it back since buying drs and installing assassin bars.

The 60ft were all 2.0 so nothing great I decided to just bite the bullet and take it to the dyno tomorrow so I will post real numbers in the morning because those calculators are ridiculously off.plus it's the only way to see any real gains from heads cam swap. I'm hoping to be over 300 at the wheel I will post the graph if I can but at very least numbers will be up in the morning.

Most online calculators will figure CRANK hp. Take your number and subtract 15-20% and thats close to your WHEEL hp number.

Those are solid numbers for an LQ9!
