I use the M&H 275/55-16 drag radial on my truck. I cut a best 60' of 1.73 with them. Only had trouble when I tried to spray it outta the hole.

Pitt , what exhaust do you have after the headers ? Do you run open headers at the track ?

I have cutouts about 3-4 feet after the header. They were open.

will do man! If all goes well, I'm planning on taking the truck out to the cruise in in OP this weekend at the Chik-fil-A on Wells.

I was in the same boat... I have used 275/55-16's as track tires and 325/45-17's as daily driver+track tires and when I was running low 13's N/A they were great tires. M&H's customer service has always been excellent for me.

However, once I started spraying out of the hole (572rwtq) I simply overwhelmed the 325's - I had to launch N/A then spray a split second later if I wanted any traction.

If you have wheels big enough to step up to the 390 series (which is really just 12.5" wide) I think you'd be fine.

If you have to stay with something below 12" wide, then you may want to hop over to a "track only" tire such as the E/T Street or QT Pro.

Right now I'm using 28x13.5x15 E/T Streets, but will bump to 30x12.5x15 E/T Streets soon.

Thanks for the info...think I'm going to go with the Hoosie slick and try to crack the ten before this cold air is gone.
