Get a live tune!!! This will answer MANY questions. You probably arnt even running out of fuel. I would either drive to allan or get a local tuner to look into the tune, get allan to unlock it or fix it.
If it aint in the tune my guess is gonna be something lacking power. As long as Fuel pressure is up, stock pump and injectors should push that motor. After a live tune and everything checks out I would be looking into a cylinder not firing or correct compresion.

reason i know im out of injectors is cause i got a live tune....im at 98-100 idc on some pulls. no reason why he couldnt be either. ive heard of at least 4 lq9's with only bolt ons and no cam basically maxing out the stock injectors.

I checked the cable, and it seems to be ok. I'm pretty sure Allen live tuned it after the 6.0 swap. But I'll see about taking it back to him so he could tune it for the gears and check to see if I need more injector.

If your running the stock injectors with that cam then you should be running out of fuel for sure.
Myself and Dlh2006 did a 6.0 swap in ours and both our setups were asking for 114%fuel.
Both swapped out to 8.1l injectors and it went down to the 60%-70%range.
