well i sucked it up last night at the track, i ran a 15.4 at 88mph was my best and i averaged a 15.6 at 87

yeah but my truck was bogging so bad out of the hole that it damn near died on me. in fact i stalled it to 3200 once and it did die

Sounds like torque management is trying to control the engine at the launch. Has TM been tweaked or elimated in your pcms tune? No way you should be bogging at the launch with your converter. You might have to run a scan while launching to see what the timing and ttb is doing. I highly recommend acquiring EFI Live or HP Tuners to scan and adjust your truck's computer.

Thanks rich, you'll be hearing from me soon probably, but i have a piece of crap MTI tune at the moment done with LS1edit. i am fed up with them. so i am gonna go see charlie wheatley this week for a live tune and hopefully fix this damn crap tune

MTI = **** tuning. Go with the tuner that we already discussed. (we know him and love him well but he isnt a sponsor therefore we dare not say his name.)
