he ran 104mph before, 107 is very achievable. You guys answered your own question. Why such low et with high mph? That would be weight, its hard for us to get our weight moving, but once we do, we will always have a higher mph when et's are the same. This isnt an excuse, but we can only achieve 85% throttle from a dead stop also until tuning is available.

Man, for not having a whole lot of tuning options like the GM boys do you guys are doing pretty good. I bet there is a ton left in that truck with proper tuning.
BTW, the weight isn't too bad, maybe a hundred or two more than a compareable GM.

I got the truck down to 4290 lbs and 4480 lbs with me in it and the tailgate still on. I'm sure I can shave off another 180 lbs off the truck before I race again.
4300 lbs with me driving is my goal.
Seems like we will never have real tuning available. I'm only running a piggy back tweaking my map sensor to pull fuel at idle and WOT. And kkd60 is right about that throttle body, I'm only getting 85% throttle blade position at WOT.

I've "heard" that there might be a real tuning solution eventually similiar to what the GMs have but, no anticipated release date has been given. If I hear any updated info on it I'll let you guys know.

I remember that truck, that's been quite a while. It was even in a magazine at one time.

Zippy, your right. Funny thing is that the truck was fairly stock when I made the mag. Now I'm far from it.
