Here's my thing......yes, you do have a time slip......but do you have wittiness', video, where do you live so someone can see the run, what supporting mods do you have, weight reduction(if any)...........all I'm saying is I can run @ the track, get a timeslip with another cars e.t. next to it, and say that the faster e.t. is my run.....hell you probably run 13.5's and with a 125shot you get a 12.39 e.t.
Hell yeah I'm calling bullshit......we have some pretty hard hitters here running some impressive times and you just step in and say 12.39e.t.

Not sure if his 12.39 was cought on video but there's no need as I saw it with my own eyes. I can speak for Amadeo (spike), I myself raced him a couple of times two weeks ago and he was hitting 12.5's all night long. He now upgraded to 4.10's since then and better weather. No body down here is questioning your E.T., good for you and hope you do better which to me is very, very impressive for a 4x4, PROPS. Why not be the same way? You're more than welcome to come see for yourself and have a few beers with us.

Just take a deep breath and be proud of what you've accomplished. This is a great community, like a brotherhood! There will ALWAYS be somebody faster, it's just a matter of time. Congrats to ALL you over-achiever's. Keep up the good work! I'm not gonna be happy till I see 6's on my DD...wish me luck, I'll probably need it.

james its really not that hard to beleave. think of it this way. v8 hit 12.53 on the stock heads and intake. for a benchmark i gained 3/10 with my heads alone.....so IF v8 threw on a good matched set of heads and picked up 2-3/10 and a fast 90/90 for another 2-3/10 he could be way past the 12.3 mark. thats a good $3,000 im mods right there so its understandable why 98%of the 5.3 runners havent gotten into the motors that far...i think theres alot more left in 5.3's. it all comes down to the $$$$ i would love to see what that truck of yours would run without all that 4x4 stuff under there
