what is the big mystery on the engine cost there is a big difference between a motor with a lunati crank, pro mod rods and je pistons and an eagle crank/rods and some diamond pistons. There is a 1500 buck difference right there. Ya'll need to chill out on the guy seriously. In the end if he is lying who cares, someone posted some BS on the internet, **** happens and no one was hurt so CHILL!

Ok, I guess We can call this Null and Void. No timeslip posted, and It would have been easy for me to go to the track where he runs and verify this. RGV, Kano, and all the other 6 liter guys, 11 spot is still open for all motor.

Ya'll are some **** bastards. The only thing I didn't like about what he posted was that it was a 6.0 to start with. A timeslip is needed though.

white6.0- you DCR (dynamic compression) is probably well over 9:1 with that small of a cam. You will need to get more duration and or a wider lobe sep to bleed some of that comp. off to be able to run pump gas. I have 8.8 DCR and I have some knock issues in 6th gear on the highway going up hills.

Think about it guys, it's a 408 with a ton of cyl pressure and he's on 114 octane and a stripped down rcsb. It is plausable very plausable.

Just hurry up with a timeslip! You have a dig camera or camera phone? take a pic of it and post it. I do it all the time when I need to scan something.

Well, i must ask what suspension mods you have done? Ross could never launch that thing hard because of wheel hop. And with wheel hop your not going to pull 1.6X 60fts IMO.

I can do 1.6x 60' all day on a stock suspension, except for edelbrock IAS shocks.

Wouldn't you want a tighter/narrower (numerically lower) LSA to bleed off cylinder pressure.

By this reasoning I guess you could say I have the fastest N/A RCSB 6.0. Except it's an EC, not a 6.0 and I'm not N/A.
