Congrats! Nice times... I am always impressed with the 60' times of the SS's. They seem to perform so well there. I basically have an SS drive train but can't pull the same short times.

WTF

Well, since this thread is dug up I will answer a few old post and give an update.

Kano - I sold the Livernois kit a while back.

Brian - GFYS!

KySilverado - It went even better on the 60' yesterday at the track, same exact mods as last time. Looked like it was on a LOW 13 second pass but, the transmission decided it didn't want to shift to 3rd gear.

Here is the breakdown of the second run(best and last).

60' - 1.796
330' - 5.326
1/8 - 8.274
1/8 MPH - 83.15
1000' - 11.056
1/4 - 13.506
1/4 MPH - 93.27

It happened pretty much right after the 1/8th mile. I completely let up on the throttle to try and get it to shift which it eventually did and I got back into it not too far from the finish.

Man, that 60' felt SWEET!!!!

You should be 60'ng better than me with that stuff in your sig, kinda strange.

Well I have pulled a couple 1.75 60'er but yeah my point exactly... should be able to eek out a little better. Just seems that the SS's have an easier time with it. I do have an apparently tweaked TC now so it might be some of the problem.

I get a ribbing every time I go to the track for doing that. Pulling the mirrors in. Bound to be good for another .001
