I've noticed that myself and have to let it shift from 1-2 and then stop again and then puch it and it will do what its supposed to do ahhhaaa, and congrates on the new times.

Here is the logged date from my 13.06 then a 13.09 second pass 10 minutes later.
Check out the IATs on the new TVS 1900. I don't know for certain what the boost was but, it is over 9psi on a day like today.

I am not sure what your tune looks like or if it has the parameters similar to the older PCMs, but you might check out this link to help with your lean/knock problem at tip in and your lean problem when you let off the gas... Check out Justin's post #6
