Last time I ran it on the 20's at full street weight. Ran 12.01, 12.05, and 12.06.

This time out, I bolted on a new set of 275/55R16 M&H Racemaster drag radials. I mounted them on the billet Centerlines I bought last summer. I ran it with the DR's at full street weight again, and went 11.75 at 113.06. The run felt good, just a short 5 second burnout and a 4x4 launch. No wheelspin with the DR's, and the truck felt good!

After that, I decided to pull some weight out of the truck & see what would happen. So I removed my subwoofer box & amp, the back seat, and the tailgate(and soft tonno). No tune changes were made.

Being lighter it pulled a 1.59 60 ft and ran 11.63 at 113.04.

Since it launched twice without tire spin, I decided to try launching it a little bit harder. I also added one degree of timing. Well, I did a longer burnout too. For whatever reason, the front tires unloaded and spun, and the 60 ft suffered. But the truck ran 11.62 at 113.31.

Well, we didn't get back out to the track today. Woke up with a sore throat & a clogged up head. But there's always next time.

Yes, old PB was 11.83 at 112.24. The only changes were the LM7 to L33, and the DR's. Even running the same tune file.

What more do you have in store ???

Congrats.
Thanks buddy! This little 5.3 turned some heads yesterday. As for upcoming mods, the only thing I can think of is strapping the front end down for traction. It's way better with the DR's, but still spun once. It's a relatively cheap mod, so we'll see. I don't think the engine or tune has much more power to be made, so we'll see.

Temps are in the low 60's I think. Humidity has been high I think, because it's just been muggy outside. I'll have to check the DA when I have a few minutes.

Hahaha, yes I've been doing alot of digging for info on the LB7 of mine, so it stuck in my mind.... Whoops!! Not to mention turning 40 in a couple weeks, and I've killed a fair amount of brain cells over the years!
