I doubt it. With the 4:10 gear and the 28" tire, I'm crossing the finish line at around 5800 rpm. If I went to a 3:73 gear with the 28" tire, I imagine that it would be just like it was last season, when I ran 4:10 gears and a 31.5" tire. Old setup had me crossing the finish line at around 5000 rpm. The current gearing combo is working better than the old one IMO.

Holy **** Roger this is insane. It must feel violent all the way through second gear. Now that you're pushing so much power and low end torque I'd be really curious to see what an 80e swap and multi disc converter would do to your times. Your MPH would definitely go up... but I wonder if the 80e would chew up too much of your 60'.

Basically, what I highlighted in red. It no longer seems to break hard parts. HOWEVER....... the 3-4 clutch pack wears out after about 8-9 months. They just can't live with the power-to-weight ratio. So when 4th gear starts slipping, I pull it & have it gone through with new clutches, steels, and a basic rebuild kit.
