Thanks for all the comments on my truck, those 60's are leaving at an idle. I've got a 8" ptc convertor but if I try and stall it up any it just blows the tires off. Going to a different track this weekend that is known for hooking really good hope to have some better times.

you truck runs great.where did you get a mono leaf for your truck?is the truck lower at all?what setting are you using on rear shocks?tire pressure?setting on caltracs?I went for the first time out after 9 years to the track.86 gmc ls1 motor,3500 stall,3.73 gears, caltracs, rancho shocks,m&h racemasters, and could not hook at all.my best 60ft was a 1.8696 one time all others 1.9464.best time was 12.40 1/4 and my best mph was109.49. maybe you can direct me in the right padd.

Calvert racing can get you the mono springs. I've got two full rounds on the right and one on the left on my cal-tracs. Got the shocks set in the middle. Every truck is different it takes alot of experimenting to find what works best for you. Good luck.

Pulled both gas tanks put in a fuel cell, all the ac, blower motor, heater ETC.
And (everything) under the hood is aluminum. Still have full interior been trying to keep the truck looking as stock as possible.
