Default New Times with New Combo

Finally got the truck dialed in enough to take it down the 1/4 mile. This is with a 6.0/112/4L80E/14 bolt. Race weight was 4900 with me in it. No meth and no spray. Mph is down because I left it in 4hi the entire run.

I made a total of (8) 1/8 mile and (3) 1/4 mile passes. It was really windy and they didnt let anyone run 1/4 until the last 30 minutes. Most of the 1/8 mile passes were around 7.5 at 92-93 mph. The 3 1/4 miles passes in order were, 11.9, 11.7, and 11.8 all between 112-113 mph.

60' 1.68
1/8 7.459 @ 93.5
1/4 11.75 @ 113.5

Jason's New Silverado 1/4 mile pass - YouTube

Truck was slipping in between the shifts. Not sure if it is the converter extending the shifts or the trans slipping. I also thought it would hook a bit better than a best of a 1.68 with a 3200 stall. Average 60' was around a 1.72.

Overall, I am happy. I think with more tuning and working on launch, I get at least a lower 1.6/high 1.5 60' Air fuel was rich, low 11's through most of the run, ran 22 degrees of timing on my best run. Not sure how realistic my goal of 11.5's are.

Not bad for the first time out. You'll get her dialed in better and get your times.

What a pile....who built that frankenstien??....j/k..lol...It couldnt even beat an all stock Lightning to the end of the strip........
Ya J, you gotta look into the 2-3 shift. I really think there is 2 to 3 tenths just there.....and E85 would be nice. Bro your truck hooks super hard. Lean it out a bit, bump the rev limiter up a scosh, and lets chuck some rods at eachother.

This one italian bear built it... lol Consuming many Monsters and pulling all nighters!! How many Monsters did this project take?? AND... I gave you a one second head start, I guess you forgot that??

I need to get that spring in the trans, hopefully that does the trick with the shifts. I think the injectors are too small to run E85, so not sure about that.

What I really need you to do is come back over and help me hook up the nitrous and put the 100 pills in and see what it do.

I want a piece of the stang... Forget your vacation and slap the 4th 302 in!! hahahahahaha
