went to the track last night I couldn't get traction no matter what I tried. 1st run I take off without stalling and spin so bad that I run an 11 on the 1/8. Then I stall it to 1500 after heating up the tires and put the truck on 3rd gear and it spins 3/4 of the track but still gets a 10.2. I got pissed off but decided to do one last run with more weight, less tire pressure and a little nitrous. I loaded up my brother and set my window switch to 4000-5700 so that I wouldn't loose traction I by anychance it hooked with less tire pressure. The last run was 9.37 @ 79 with a 2.4 60 ft time. I am positive that with slicks I will reach my goal of running a 8 sec pass at the 1/8 and 13 sec time slip at the quater.

the best way i found to launch on street tires is stall it to about 2000 and just let off the brake let the truck roll a bit then walk into it hard.i was able to pull a 1.81 60" with toyto proxes 31" tall.

Hey man, saw your last run! This comin weekend I should have the slicks out there. I want to see what your truck will run with some traction! See ya this weekend. Oh, got the lowering kit on the truck, and it looks sick!!! I'll try to get some pics of it tomorrow to post up on here....

I tried my luck out on the 1/8 again and still the same results even with 15 psi on the tires. Best run was a 9.36 @ 79 with 2.37 60 ft against another member from here that ran a 9.18 @ 77 with a 2.23 60 ft. Gonna start working on traction with some slicks and caltracks.
