I tell you, I knew he was good with his cam choice for my vette. I wish now I had gotten him to port and polish that setup. It is all out of the box parts running 10.66. That is a street cam also..not real radical at all.

Wow, it shows 4558 lbs for a 2009 Shortbed Silverado. What year is yours ? It is probably close if you picked the right year.
Looks like the older trucks will become like the old light Mustangs (Fox body ? ) for drag racing.

I have all intensions of going. My only problem is, all my tires and rims are due to arrive on friday. I have to get my hands on them all, and get the tires mounted some where. Gonna be tight.

Bluecajun is in Orleans eatin crawfish and sippin Moonshine from his Still !!

That torque curve is why it is running so fast. It is all first gear, then relax.

Man an automatic is a Cake Walk. I actually had time to look in my mirror 2-3 times and see where "the Rock" was in his 418 GTO...lol (he had traction problems with that beast), lousy vid attached. It was so bad I wasn't going to post it. He was on my bumper the last 2-3 hundred feet.

Thanks Bro...I'm hoping there is another 3-4 tenths in traction. Those little drag radials wouldn't hold it down in first gear. We will soon see !!
