Ran the 454 at Atco today
#11
Still have alot of tuning and bugs to work out but its getting better.I ran at Atco on black friday and it went 12.36@108 7.85@87 1/8th and a 1.77 60' stumbles off the line and a slight missfire on the higher rpms.

Your getting there! Atco dave was talking about the white SS. How many runs you end up getting on friday? I only got one **** pass, two step never activated, matted it on first yellow and the truck launched... saturday was fun though pretty much none of the trucks from friday were there.

I made 3 passes 12.36 twice and then I turned the air idle screw in one half turn to try and help the stumble and it ran a 12.51 1.91 60' so it was the wrong way it wanted more fuel NOT less.
The SS454 was bought for $2000 it needed paint and tires and some love.its has 180,000 miles but its pretty nice now.
How did you do on sat?

did you try flashing the converter more or you still leave at 2500 ish? cant go wrong at all for 2000! they hold their value well and i think you made out just fine.
I ended up going .012 red in quarter finals. still got paid so im not complaining. me and joe (99silversled) ran at etown on sunday in the street modified domestic vs import. it was a nut house there 150 cars in our class alone. i lost second round after cutting a .036 light but spun a little and wasnt holding enough on my dial to catch up, joe made it to semi's and cashed out
