Default ran my stock 05 5.3

I got a flowmaster dumped and thats it. I couldn't get into the damn 14's my best run was reaction time 0.111 and i ran a 15.08. Im pissed lol... got another question it seemed like it ran a better time with trailor mode on lol. how should i run it? shifting my self 1,2,3? just keep it in 3rd? or keep it in D?

Put it in D or 3....15.08 is pretty consistent with what I've seen from fairly stock rcsb 5.3L's. One of the best bracket racer's I know runs his stock rcsb at 15 flat, he's very consistent.

do a CAI, LTs, Tune and leave it at that. it'll cost you around 1100 if you do the yourself.
(if you really wanna go deep, i'd do the stall, built tranny, gears and a locker)

Thats pretty a good time. When i raced you from a roll out on 12th street i didnt think it had a 15.08 in it. You must pull hard up on the top end.

Didn't know that. What is reason it takes out 60e? Like it destroys this part or these parts. You mean stock, or does it apply to built units too?

when u race put the trailor button on, it'll hold gear longer. And when u get a light base tune on HPTuners it'll shift higher and it just feels like u get more power out of ur shift
