updated the first post with info from all 4 runs.
at 3am when i originally posted, i made a mistake, my 60ft was 2.3, not 2.2
my location is new york, the track was lebanon valley dragway, close to albany.
aside from actually counting, is there a data tag anywhere that will tell me my gear ratio?

i was a bit inconsistent too, im used to running manual cars with 4 or 6 cylinders.
the first run was right off the street.
second i ran in tow/haul mode, just to see if it felt any different. i was loading up the tc and my brake foot slipped and i rolled through the light and red lit.
third run i started spinning a little. i have really shitty tires right now.
fourth run i didnt load up the converter at all and just drove away from the light.
you guys have any tips? this whole tc thing is new to me. i think im gonna try to go one more time with the truck stock to try and get some consistency, then bring on the mods.

My 4.8 came stock with 3.73's and an open diff.
Those aren't bad times either IMO. Mine went 14.8 with a CAI, catback, and a half assed tune. I wouldn't try much weight reduction unless its in the cab; I tried taking the spare and tailgate off with an open diff and it spun through the 1/8, lol.
Best thing to do is air down a bit and roll into the throttle; don't pay attention to the lights just ease into it at first and hit it pretty hard once you pass the tree. Its how Quicksilverado taught me how to run on street tires.......but I had to get some slicks because I never could get it right.
