Yea the rule is for every 100 lbs. you can shave off your truck, that is good for an extra 1/10th in the 1/4 mile.
I used to run with bed cover and tailgate. i would run around 12-9-13.0 in the 1/4 mile. Removed all that to the tune of almost 200 lbs. and ran a 12.7.
Same with our 60' s, since our trucks are TQ monsters, for every 1/10th you can pick up in your 60' it's good for 2-3/10th in the top end... just a fyi.

Thanks guys for all the replies. Right now I just need to work on putting the power to the
ground. I ran a 13.59@99.7 with a 2.08 60'. I am spinning so bad off the line and this is
with DR's. Granted track prep sucked, I think it's got low 13's high 12's if I can get my 60's
down.
