Youc could ditch the PW and PDL and go manual. You could at least shift some weight where its better needed, like relocating the battery or any kind of fluid tank over the rear wheels.

I don't really see how there's a good way to shed some pounds without stripping it and making it look silly, or fabing up some lighter parts.
