with the stock stall you can build boost and get a hard launch, it just takes a little more time.

the cam thing has me really wondering exactly how much a cam helps on a turbo set up. it would be nice to see some back to back dyno runs with only a cam swap. has anyone tried anything like that with a turbo?

Does the track close any time soon near you or is it open year round?

yeh, very interesting. never thought of that. Wonder what the mechanics behind that are if the dyno would show no gain (or any gain worth noticing)

I'd be willing to do a cam swap dyno comparo, I plan on a cam for the 408. I'll just order the cam first then install it in the LQ4 before it blows....

Whats the specs of your Parish8?
I would rather know the gains of the vic jr. intake, and low end loss....

Track here stays open year round weather permitting, Dusty is 2.5 hours away. He has been a real trooper about driving down for our get-togethers

Yes, Spring sounds good. I think the weather will be better than as well. It sucked on Saturday.

Thanks for coming down, I know that is a pretty long drive. It is cool to see your truck to scream down the track. lol

Did you turn the front t-bars down some? That may help with traction. Maybe some cal-tracs. What about just running in 2wd with some slicks Im sure someone around there has a set you oculd borrow. Sure would be sweet to see you hit 10s on a sotck 6L and 67.
