Thanks, those were the variables I was looking for, suprised .1 could be a 5mph difference but to answer some of the questions:
Yes I'm in 3rd
He had a front inlet 112 with a little more boost (I think)
Yes, My IAT advance is aggressive and I did pull a degree or 2 before the traps
Thanks again guys, I need meth, lol
Sorry for the hijack Harold, back on topic now, I promise..... nice times

BTW, what was your 60'? Look how terrible my 60' is for that time. I'm playing catch up and have to have a higher MPH to pass you by the end.

The camshaft difference in the LS2 is the difference in the big end as well as the gearing. A 4.10 rear gear and short tire keep the TBSS in it's higher rpm powerband more which keeps it in the hp peak area longer making for the big mph. The last LS2 I installed a TVS1900 on pulled to 6600rpm and was actually still not yet peaked. I had the limter set at 6700rpm so we only pulled it to 6600, but it would have likely peaked at 6800 or so judging by the graph. Put some cam in that LQ9 and you'll see where the mph comes in. As for the TVSS though, simply going to a TBI6 converter or 2600 stall alone would get you in the 1.7 60' range.

I'm gonna try pulling the ABS fuses also Zippy and see how it affects my 60'. It really feels like something is holding it back right out the hole. It feels better at part throttle outta the hole then full throttle so maybe there is something to the ABS deal, hoping so!

Pulled the ABS fuses at the track and it did help the 60'. It ran a 1.85 and 1.84 just punching it from idle. Then I stalled it up to 1500 and it went a 1.87. It did not like being stalled up.
It was warmer than the 12.44 run by about 20 degrees but, it still went a 12.51 with the better 60'. MPH was off about 2mph.
