It ran 14.90 around 93mph. Made a bunch of runs and the quickest it went was 14.90.
Its a '05 2wd GMC Sierra RCLB. It has a 4.8L with a4 and 4.56 gears. Only mods are cats delete and 3" ipipe to a ypipe out a pair of 2.5" powerstick mufflers. The tune still has some TM and the shift points were set at 6200rpms.
how did I do? I was happy to get into 14's.

It was at 4700rpms through the traps. The tires are 265 65 17 (30.5" tall) on esky wheels. Surpisingly traction wasnt an issue. Tires would squeal a lil bit and hook up.

when I lived in Chicago, there was little hiway driving and speed limit is 55mph. Now that I live in phoenix the truck spends a lot more time on the highway and speed limit is 75mph.
It turns around 2500rpms at 70mph and gets 18mpg. If I were to do it over, Id keep the 3.73's and get a stall. I dunno, the gears make the truck more fun so maybe its worth it. Piston speed is the same as a 5.3 with 4.10's
Truck shifts 40mph into 2nd, 70mph into 3rd, and 122 into 4th. Ive never had it over 100mph though.
I still plan on getting a stall though. I want to get a vig2800 or vig3200

Pretty decent times I'd say. I like my 4.56's, but I'm running a tire that's almost 33" tall. My shifts point speeds are right where yours are at too. My guess is your 60' time would be around a 2.0xx and the 1/8th would be in the mid-9's. The 4.8's seem to pick up a lot of speed on the top end, especially since you are pulling through your strongest rpm range when you're crossing the line.

I wish I could remember the 1/8th mile times. The 60ft time was only 2.30. The truck cant do a burnout without using the brakes. I dont know if the tuner got rid of the abuse mode or not. Plus it has the drive by wire throttle body. Not sure if that affects the 60ft time.
When I do the vette servo and stall, Im gonna have all the torque management taken out of the tune.
