tow haul and racing
Bare with me.
I have always raced in tow haul but now that i have this tb converter in it seems to pull harder without tow haul on. If im just cruising at lets say 2100rpms and turn on the tow haul the motor jumps up like 500rpms. Definately didn't do that with the stock converter. Not only that, i did 2 exact same punches from about 35mph. with tow haul on it it was decent, then i did it again with it tow haul off and the tires lit up.... so should i be running in tow haul? does it really make the trucks run faster?

some guys tune their tow/haul as their "race" mode so when they turn it off they still have their street transmission settings for normal driving. when your truck was tuned they probably left your tow/haul mode alone so you can still use it for towing. if it pulls harder with it off leave it off
