Default A video of my truck running a 8.0 in the 1/8

My best time so far is a 7.90 in the 1/8 but heres a video from yesterday at Oxford Plains Speedway during the VIP show shine and drag. This track is only a 1/8 mile track and will try and post up some 1/4 mile vids in the next couple of days.

Ya, it's a nice little track. Friday night is their street night and it's not crowded like N.E.D so you can make a ton of runs. You also can run a bracket racing class as well as test and tune on Fridays for a cash prize.

Thanks guys for the compliments! I am really happy with the truck and it draws a lot of attention at the track. I'd love to get the 122 on this motor. I want to run more than the 8lbs of boost it's makeing.
It was funny because this was a big local event and there were only a hand full of cars running faster than my truck and some of them weren't even streetable.
I had a guy come up to my truck after the first run all excited to take a look at what I had done to it. He said he saw my big 4 door truck, with big wheels pull up around the water box and then didn't even spin the tire to clean them off. So he thought to himself this is a waste of time. He wasn't paying attention and talking to his friend when I launched of the light. He said he heard my loud exhaust when it launched and snapped his head back at the track and said out loud holy ****! He couldn't belive it just ripped a 8.0 killing the SS camaro next to me that ran a 8.6.
Thats what makes building a fast truck all worth it! Spoolin can't wait untill you can post some vids of your truck at the track. Make sure you have atleast two people running a couple camcorders because we know you'll most likely only get one run and get kicked off for no roll cage!

That's a fist full of satisfaction right there!!! Blowing off and F-body.........with big wheels no less........

Spoolin is next up. He's going to buckle the launch pad when that 3 ton monster launches on 3000stall and a dozen lbs of boost.

I'm going for a dozen and a half! Thanks Fred!! I'll take care of handing people their *** on this side of the Coast if you'll take care of your side of the coast.
Give me a little more time to get up and running though...
